Welcome to the Chinese Buddhist Texts Website!
The primary purpose of this website is to provide resources for users of Chinese Buddhist Texts: An Introductory Reader (Lock & Linebarger, 2018). The resources include a forum in which instructors, students or anyone working through the book on their own can ask and answer questions, make suggestions and point out errors and typos. There are also recordings of the text extracts read in Putonghua, as well as a password protected page for instructors to consult and share draft translations of the extracts.
